Mine

Reclaiming your space, your mind, your body, reclaiming freedom; something that you can call “Mine”.

Meet the Human Behind Mine

During my struggle with Mental Health for 20 years, I realised how important Mental Health was to me. Whilst also burning me out, helping people: struggling with Mental Illness themselves, filled my cup. The last four years I have worked on Reclaiming my mind, my body, reclaiming my freedom. Because until I was well enough myself, I could not provide what I wanted to be able to provide. It has been one hell of a journey, and I would not have made it if it weren’t for certain helping hands along the way. My one real dream was that the world what stop being quite so sh*t. As I have built up my mental fitness, I have had ideas of how I could make things a little better in the world. Whilst the vision I had to deliver Mental Health Support has shifted over the last few years whilst I was doing the work on myself; I finally found it. I uncovered, realised, appreciated: the joy it brings me to organise other people’s space for them. People seem to think I do a pretty good job of it too, (TESTIMONIALS) but all I know is I have fun, and it seems to help other people. To declutter both the space itself and also the mind is so beneficial for anyone. Whilst my vision may have changed over time, my values, the values I bring through Mine, have not. - Cee
